Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted botanical beverages, we do not accept returns on any orders.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic proof. We will evaluate the issue and issue a refund strictly proportionate to the actual amount of the damages.
- Cancellations: Because our process begins immediately upon confirming your payment to ensure freshness, orders cannot be canceled once placed and paid for.
