Are your drinks vegetarian?

Yes! Everything at The Beverage Lab is 100% Pure Veg, utilizing fresh, botanical ingredients.

What exactly are "Chilly Caps"?

Chilly Caps are our signature line of handcrafted iced teas, featuring flavors like Mango, Peach, Lemon and Passionfruit.

Are all the drinks priced at ₹99/-?

Yes, as an introductory offer, all drinks across our Flora & Fauna, Complex, and Chilly Caps categories are currently priced at a flat ₹99/-.

Do your drinks contain alcohol?

No. We specialize in premium mocktails and iced teas, focusing on complex flavor profiles without the use of alcohol.

FAQ About Customer Service & Ordering

How do I actually place my order on the website?

Simply add items to your cart, fill in your contact and delivery details, and hit the submit button. This sends your request directly to our lab. We will then message you with a UPI link to complete the payment.

Can I pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We do not accept COD. All orders must be prepaid via UPI before we begin crafting your beverages.

I placed an order but need to cancel. What should I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations. Because our drinks are made fresh to order, the preparation process starts immediately upon receiving your payment.

I live 5km away. Can I still order?

Yes, you can, but the delivery charges aren’t included. The delivery charges would be applicable to the aggregator (Borzo), which is to be directly paid by the customer to the aggregator. The Beverage Lab doesn’t take responsibility for the aggregator (Borzo).

Yes! While we only do direct local drops within 2km, you can easily order from further away by booking a delivery partner like Borzo to pick up your order from our Marine Lines address.

What do I do if my bottle arrives damaged?

* Please take a photo of the damaged items immediately and contact us at thebeveragelabmumbai@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. We will process a refund for the exact value of the damaged items.

We provide professional training and certification preparation. Our background includes deep engagement with WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) and SSA (Sake Sommelier Association) standards.

Can you design a custom beverage menu for my restaurant?

Yes! Menu curation is one of our core services. We apply our “Liquid Logic” to develop unique, cost-effective, and delicious beverage menus tailored to your brand.
